CA2RS Silver Anniversary Reception
A reception for conference attendees commemorating the Silver Anniversary of CA2RS will be held on Thursday October 26. The reception will include food and drinks; RSVP required during registration.

Room rates range from $169 - $229 plus an occupancy tax rate of 14% plus $4.50 per suite/per night. (Tax subject to change.)
There will be an additional $10 charge per adult/per suite/per night for any room lodging more than 2 adults.
The following is included for hotel guests/conference attendees:
- Breakfast will be sold at a discounted rate of $16/day.
- Lunch will be provided to attendees on Thursday and Friday.
- Guest lunches will be available at an additional cost of $80/day.
- Nightly Happy Hour with discounted beverages.
- Valet parking $19/day (reduced from $29/day)
- Resort Fee $20/day (reduced from $35/day)
- Lobby and in suite Basic WiFi included.
- WiFi in Conference Room included.
- Unlimited use of the fitness center, pool and Jacuzzi.

Refunds, minus a $50.00 processing fee, will be made when cancellation is made 30 days prior to event. Substitutions will gladly be made at any time.
