Room rates start at $209 (1 King Bed) and $ 219 (2 Queen Beds) plus occupancy tax.

The following is included for Conference guests:

ACTAR Examination hosted by CA2RS:
CA2RS will host the ACTAR Examination on:
Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the Margarita Resort in South Lake Tahoe.
Applications and registration is available though ACTAR not CA2RS.

Additional Conference Information:
Refunds, minus a $50.00 processing fee, will be made when cancellation is made 30 days prior to event. Substitutions will gladly be made at any time.

All checks must be received by October 10, 2025 or the “at the door” price will be charged and payment will be due on the first day of the conference, prior to receiving conference materials.
